Education is now more flexible and accessible than ever. Maybe you are tired of your child having 4 hours of homework per night. Maybe your child gets in trouble at school but the truth is that he/she is bored. Maybe you want your faith passed on to your child. The reasons people consider homeschooling are as varied as fingerprints.
Jonesboro Area Home Educators was formed to help you succeed. You will not be alone in this group. We have a variety of activities with low commitment expected of you. You focus on your home "school" and use our group as a supplement to your daily school. Join in and do as much as you want. We do not offer a standard Co-Op setting for you but we do offer workshops, field trips, social outings, formals, capture the flag for all ages, fear factor games, moms support, dads support, etc, etc, etc. So we hope you will look around our website and if you are interested, click on our Group INFO tab and then click join our group.
