Resolving problems is always uncomfortable but....

it is a skill that we must all learn.
WE are not a counseling service and we recognize that opinions will absolutely differ.  Because of these differences problems may arise.  Most problems are either the result of poor communication or personal beliefs.  We ask that the following procedure be used to attempt to find resolution…

                                                                                        1)      First, approach the person that has offended you quietly and try to talk it out just between the parties involved.  If you are the person being approached, understand that even if you think you didn’t do anything wrong, you are only human and what you consider ok could be really offensive.  It is just who we are as humans.

                                                                                        2)      Second, if the problem is not resolved, take 2 or more witnesses with you to try to work it out.

                                                                                        3)      Thirdly, you are asked to and so is the offending party, to write each of your accounts of the disagreement and submit these letters to Kim and Kimberly.  They will then meet, seek wise counsel of others known to be very discreet and try to come up with one or more possible resolutions to help each of you.

Please realize that some problems are very personal and may not be something that can be resolved within the boundaries of JAHE.  It may be that you will need just to avoid each other.  Please follow the requested procedure and the Lord God will truly walk with you through this problem.  We are here to teach scripture by showing how the Lord asks us to deal with problems.  Taking the first step is always soooo hard but usually most problems can be resolved by doing this.  We are prayer warriors, without revealing the problem, you can ask many of us to pray for your strength.
