FORENSIC DISSECTION CLASS on Feb. 3, 2012

This class day was so very fun and educational.  We had 27 kids attend and 5 pigs were dissected.  We looked at the heart, liver, small intestines, large intestines, colon, brains, lungs, ovaries, etc, etc.  They had to develop their own group autopsy reports and present them.  Only 3 had to go to the living room and sit with the dog.  They did a great job weighing all the organs and placing them back in the cavity and sewing them up!  I am going to ask them to each post their autopsy reports on here so you can see how each piglet met it's end.   Be watching!!
