Through the years, life changes and gets better and gets worse and better.  It is a roller coaster ride.  You are going to make mistakes more than once and you are going to have successes more than twice.  Hang on because you are not facing this alone.  We will post some videos here that we hope will give you renewed hope and strength to go on....

For those of you that may be suffering from depression, don't be ashamed to tell someone.  For those of you that someone is coming to you, listen, love them and accept them.  

Everyone single person will suffer a time of depression at some point, whether it is empty nest time, turning 40, turning 30, death of someone close to you, we all have suffered at some point.  You need to know that this is a group of so many backgrounds that someone in JAHE probably has been through what you are going through.  If all you need our group for is to know that someone else is potty training a 6 year old autistic son or dealing with a teen pregnancy or anything else, we are here to be a support for you and your family.  Never give up hope.....
