Bullying is a form of abuse. It absolutely will not be tolerated. If it is your child that is a bully, we are available to try to help you resolve the situation. Often times, if the “bully” knows that parents and teachers are aware and are going to inform each other and work together, the behavior is stopped. However, bullying can result in the child not be allowed to participate in activities for up to one full year. Please talk to your child about this consequence. We do not want any child to miss the opportunities we have because they won’t treat others kindly. Bullying is a choice, not something you are born with.
