Who are the first mom's in this group and what do they believe?
 

Kim McKay and Kimberly Davis had the idea to create a support group for home educators that meets the needs of the home education community while promoting home education as a viable and wonderful educational alternative.  We begged our friends to join us and then they brought in more friends and so forth.  Kim and Kimberly and their respective families want you to know that this is what their faith is so that you can know the hearts of the 2 gals that started this whole thing.  They would like to thank Bonnie, Monica, Kristen, Jennifer, Rachel, Diana, Tammy and so many more for quickly coming along our sides and helping us temper and grow this group into a wonderful support system for them and for you.  The following beliefs are shared by many but not all who are in JAHE.  These are Kim and Kimberly’s beliefs.  We are just giving you the beginning of the story but it is in no way the ending of the story.    

We are NOT requiring membership to believe this, just letting you know who the Kimberly’s are and what they believe…. 

  We Believe the following: 

v      Jesus Christ was born of a Virgin Birth.  (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:18 – 25, Luke 1: 26 – 35)

v      The Trinity exists in the Father, Son Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit.   (John 1:1)

v      Jesus came to save that which was lost    (Matthew 18:11)

v      Pro- Life  (Exodus 21: 22 – 25)

v      Pro – Constitutional Rights as our Forefathers determined.  (Romans 13: 1 – 7)

v      Creationism with a literal creation of the Earth.   (Genesis 1)

v      Satan & Hell are very real and a spiritual battle wages every day for souls.   (Ephesians 6: 10 – 20)

v      We are to witness to the world about the Saving Grace of Salvation thru Grace as a Free Gift for all.  (John 3:16)

v      Teach each other the Scriptures by being living examples  (Titus 2)

v      The Power of Prayer is amazing and it is a privilege to pray for others.   (Ephesians 6: 18 – 20)

v      Always continuing to follow the God’s Son, Jesus Christ

  Our beliefs are not limited to these but these are the driving force behind what Kim & Kimberly stand for. 

Who are the rest of the parents that have come along side us and what do they believe?

Well, that could fill up pages and pages.  Many, many of the members here believe exactly the way Kim and Kimberly do, several have their own very separate belief and some have no belief.  All just want opportunities to educate their children in a legal manner, promoting children to become well rounded adults, with a sense of work ethic, the ability to continue to learn, good values and integrity.  Each parent is solely responsible for the beliefs imparted to their own children only.
