This week has made me realize just how fast life flows by.  My favorite son turned 24 this week.  Before you think I'm being mean its always a joke around here as he is the only guy with 4 sisters.  People do look at me when I introduce him as my favorite son.  We finished the hay this last week woohoo. It was a hot week and then it cooled off this week but I will take the cooler weather.  The  above picture is Abigail and Jessie at the creek that runs through the hay field.

This is our Labor Day picture Abigail loves to go fishing she especially enjoyed this trip she caught a crappie and daddy didn't get a single fish.
  Now if only we could be that happy about getting school work and chores done.  If you have ever read James Dodsons book on Strongwill Child you know Abigail she can do anything in the world but it has to be her idea.  You have to learn how to funnel the energy.  Sometimes its a struggle.

This is Rog and me.  It was taken Easter Sunday don't look like cattle farmers do we...lol.. it is back behind the barn.  The Lord has blessed us with a beautiful place.  And a beautiful marriage I can say enough about how much or how important it is to keep the Lord in the center of your marriage. 

This is my three girls that are growing faster than weeds.  They are now in 7th grade, 6th grade and 4th grade.  Homeschooling is something I never dreamed I would be doing but by God's grace and His loving care we are enjoying this journey it has been wonderful for our family.  The girls are getting to see that there is more to life than the drama of school life and that farm life relates to other parts of life.  Hope you enjoy this look into our day.
